Directions to Make Monkey Bread
- Apply cooking spray to a medium bowl to grease it. Sprinkle the yeast over the warm milk in a large measuring glass. Leave for approximately five minutes or until foamy.
 - Beat the flour, brown sugar, and salt together on medium speed in the large bowl of a stand mixer that has the dough hook attached. Add eggs and yeast mixture. Until the dough begins to come together, beat it. One tablespoon at a time, add the butter, allowing each to melt into the dough before adding the next. Keep beating on medium-high speed for approximately five minutes, or until the dough is smooth, soft, and slightly sticky.
 - Place the dough in the bowl that has been prepared and cover it with a kitchen towel. Allow to rise for approximately 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in size.

- Apply softened butter to a large Bundt pan, covering the inner tube and all sides thoroughly. Turn out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Press into a roughly 1/2" thick square. Divide into 60 pieces. Each ball should be rolled to a diameter of around 1".
 - Put cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl. Melt butter in the microwave in 15-second increments in a small heatproof bowl.
 - Roll in cinnamon sugar after dipping each ball in butter, letting excess drip off, one at a time. Layer as you go into the prepared pan. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the dough has risen.
 - Turn the oven on to 350°. Bake the monkey bread for about 40 minutes, or until the top is deeply golden. After 10 minutes of cooling, flip onto a platter. Before icing, let cool for another ten minutes.

- Combine cream, vanilla, and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Over warm bread, spoon.
