blueberry layered dessert. A crowd-pleasing dessert that's light and fluffy!

Ingredients to Make Blueberry Delight Lush
- 4.8 ounces of crackers by Graham sleeve, nine crackers
- Pecans, one cup
- Melted butter, half a cup, two teaspoons of sugar
- 8 ounces of well-softened cream cheese
- A cup of powdered sugar
- Two tubs of 16 ounces of non-fat cool whip, divided
- 42 ounces of blueberry pie filling from two cans
- Two teaspoons of optionally chopped pecans for garnish
Instructions to Make Blueberry Delight Lush
- Turn the oven on to 350°F. Pulse the pecans and graham crackers in a food processor until they are chopped fine. After thoroughly mixing the sugar and butter, press the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. After 8 minutes of baking, allow to cool fully.
- Cream cheese and powdered sugar should be combined in a large bowl and beaten until smooth. To ensure there are no lumps, beat in approximately 1 cup of the whipped topping from one container. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust and fold in the remaining whipped topping from the container.
- Evenly distribute the blueberry pie filling on top. Place the remaining whipped topping container on top.
- If desired, garnish with chopped pecans. For at least two hours or overnight, cover and refrigerate.
