This tall stack of s'mores can be
made with any pancake recipe, even a mix. To make the Marshmallow Fluff
easier to spread, microwave it for 5 to 10 seconds—no more than that,
or it might puff up and make a sticky mess.

Ingredients to Make S’mores Pancakes
Pancakes:
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- One teaspoon of salt
- One tablespoon of sugar
- One and 1/3 cups of cold milk
- One chilled egg
- Two tablespoons melted butter
S’mores
toppings:
- One cup of chocolate chips that are semisweet
- One tablespoon of butter
- One sleeve of crumbled graham crackers
- One container of marshmallow cream or marshmallow fluff
- One-third cup of optional mini marshmallows
Directions to Make S’mores Pancakes
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Then, add the milk, egg, and butter, stirring to mix and break up any large lumps. This is how pancakes are made.
- Grease a frying pan lightly, then place it over medium-high heat and let it warm up for about a minute. Evenly spread out about 1/4 cup of pancake batter in the pan. Flip the pancake when a lip forms around the edge and tiny bubbles start to form in the batter. Cook until lightly golden on both sides.
- Create a stack of s'mores. Put the butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring, until the chocolate has melted completely and turned into a sauce.
- After spreading chocolate sauce and scattering graham cracker pieces on top of the first pancake, place another pancake on top. Top with another pancake after spreading Marshmallow Fluff and sprinkling graham cracker crumbs on top. Continue until you reach the top. Just before serving, sprinkle more crumbled graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top of the entire stack and drizzle with syrup.
