Ingredients to Make Breakfast Brownies
- 1½ cups of oats that cook quickly
 - 3/4 cup of brown sugar
 - 3/4 cup of flax seed meal
 - Half a cup of all-purpose gluten-free baking flour
 - One teaspoon of baking powder
 - Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
 - One mashed banana
 - 1/4 cup of rice milk
 - One egg
 - One teaspoon of vanilla extract
 
Directions to Make Breakfast Brownies
- Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease an 8 x 10-inch baking pan very lightly.
 - In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, flax seed meal, and salt. In a different bowl, combine the banana, rice milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Fill the baking pan with the batter.
 - A toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies should come out clean after about 20 minutes of baking in a preheated oven. Before serving, let the brownies cool for at least five minutes and cover the pan with a towel to retain moisture.
